A Visit to Preston Bailey, NYC

Yes, I've stepped in to the showroom of Preston Bailey in NYC last Dec. Sweet. I've got all his books, stalk his blog, follower of his twitter, marvel at all his works and now I'm in in his gallery! How rare!

 I remember seeing this model all floral up for one of the wedding magazine.

This trip was made possible when hubby dearest's company send him over to the States for a one-week training in Chicago and I had to just grab this golden opportunity though 5-month preggie. Hey, it's now or neva! And since we were there, we extended our trip to NYC!

But it was cold... really cold and for the first time in our lives, we saw snow! Well, it was thrilling for the first two days when we arrived at the States but soon, we started missing all our favourite malaysian breakfast, lunch and dinner and the warm weather.

We had to wrap ourselves like cocoon before leaving the hotel and had to strip it all (well not literally) when we reach mall/ museum/ cafes and etc. It was tiring but a great experience overall.

And boy were we glad when we arrived in Malaysia. We still love Malaysia! :)
